American household debt just hit a new record high – Business Insider. Auto and student loan delinquency grows.

A record 7 million Americans have stopped paying their car loans, and even economists are surprised – Business Insider. A significant sign of duress because most people need their cars to get to work.

CPI shows inflation flat in January thanks to lower gas prices; no reason for Fed to worry – Marketwatch. Inflation at the retail level was unchanged. Debt levels keep rising (see above). This is what it sounds like when doves fly. The Fed is on hold.
